QKJ280 2D dicer/slicer can cut meats and other products into slice, dice or strip by horizontal and vertical knife blades. The 2D slicer is ideal for processing fresh or cooked beef, chicken, pork, lamb, sea food as well as cheese. The connection with a slicer achieves 3D cutting of product.
1. The spiral blade cuts in 1D. The circular blade makes the 2D slice. The 2D dicer delivers high production efficiency and cutting precision.
2. The cutting length of product and initial height of compression belt are easily adjustable on the touch screen.
3. Product is gently fed and discharged which reduces moisture loss, minimizes breakage and maximizes dice yield.
4. Detachable belts ease cleaning and maintenance.
5. Slicing and dicing are integrated on the same machine to save customer’s equipment cost.
6. The dicer is able to handle tough, fatty products with sinew or gristle such as beef brisket, beef silverside, beef top rounds, or cooked meats and root vegetables. Finished product is clean cut with no connective pieces, no loss of structure, and no moisture loss.
