1. Hydraulic Section
The hydraulic section on our automatic food forming machine involves the utilization of high-end components supplied by Rexroth, HYDAC, Stauff, Parker Dension, Parker and Internormen, etc.

2. Pneumatic Section
All of components in pneumatic section are supplied by Festo.

3. Electrical System
Siemens PLC system is incorporating with touch screen for intuitive operation. Chinese and English operation systems are available with automatic alarm system. The contactor in our automatic food forming machine is purchased from Siemens and Phoenix Contact. The relay is introduced from Omron.

The entire electrical system is water proof and meets ENEC (European Norms Electrical Certification) standards. In order for ultimate safety, we use magnetic switch, air to electric converter, as well as electrical and pneumatic door interlock mechanism.

Notes
1. Application voltage environment should be given when making order, so as to choose the proper electric motor.
2. The warranty time for our automatic food forming machine is 1 year, excluding belt, cylinder and touch screen. We offer charged maintenance services when warranty time is over.
3. Always wearing noise reduction earplug and hygienic uniform. Non-trained personnel are forbidden for machine operation.
